Restore – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Australian Consumer Law

Restore complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major failure (e.g., it is faulty, damaged, or does not do what it is supposed to).

  • Major failure examples: product is defective, broken, or contaminated.

  • Minor issues: you may be offered a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.


2. Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, returns for change of mind are not generally accepted.

Exceptions may apply only if required by law or at our discretion.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product.

  3. We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.


4. Return Shipping

  • For faulty or damaged products, return shipping is covered by Restore.

  • For returns accepted under discretionary circumstances (e.g., at our discretion), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been processed.


6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Details of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if faulty or damaged)

7. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details.
