Standard Shipping – Estimated Delivery Times
From our Victorian dispatch locations:
- Victoria: 2–4 business days
- New South Wales (including ACT): 3–5 business days
- South Australia: 3–5 business days
- Queensland: 3–6 business days
- Tasmania: 4–7 business days
- Western Australia: 5–8 business days
- Northern Territory: 5–9 business days
Express Shipping – Estimated Delivery Times
- Victoria & Metro NSW: 1–2 business days
- Other States & Regional Areas: 2–4 business days
Express Post delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post’s Express network coverage and may not be available to all regional or remote locations.

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Standard Shipping (from Victoria):

- NSW / ACT / SA: 3–5 business days
- QLD: 3–6 business days
- TAS: 4–7 business days
- WA: 5–8 business days
- NT: 5–9 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days for metro VIC/NSW, 2–4 business days for other states/regions.
When will my order be dispatched?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch so you can monitor your parcel via Australia Post.

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is in Australia Post’s care. Common causes of delays include:

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to incorrect addresses. Returned parcels may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.
Can I change my delivery option after ordering?
Once an order is placed, shipping options cannot be changed. Please select Standard or Express at checkout carefully.

Currently, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping option selected. Express shipping incurs an additional fee.
